Sourcing Method
- ICAP utilizes two generalized sourcing methods to recruit candidates. They are:
- Proactive sourcing focuses on reaching those candidates who excel, yet may not be presently seeking
employment.
- Reactive sourcing focuses on those candidates currently seeking employment.
- These
two approaches ensure that ICAP is consistently identifying the top
candidates in the industry, rather than solely relying on those
individuals currently seeking employment.
