Each candidate will be asked to provide 3 items for ICAP to successfully navigate our evaluation process. Those items are:
  1. Professional in depth resume with references - Provide an overview of skills and experience, including references which can assist in qualifying your achieved results.
  2. Target List - What are the top preferred organizations to which you would like to be marketed?
  3. Top 5 Impact List - What are your top 5 unique qualities that you bring to an organization?
